How to calculate paid leave salary ?

Dear Sir, i am going for official leave of two month after completed my two years , my Basic salary is 3000 Qr/Month and my full salary is 7000 Qr/Month , according to my agreement my company has to be give me two paid leave salary, so please tell me this paid leave salary should be calculate from basic salary or full salary ??? Thanks

dear its international law every thing you get from your basic salary.vacation,graduity,overtime.what is your right its must calculated with basic salary.thats why while you sign agreement there written your basic salary like this and allowance like any allowance tansport,house allowance,family allowance.so its clear you get every thing from you basic salary.take care

simply refer to your finance dep at your company and ask for the policy they use and get the formula....
