Hotel job status(URGENT)

Hello all,my brother is working in ship at California as a catering chef and his working experience in USA is 4 years and over all he is having more than 8 years experience.Now he is willing to work in Qatar. so please anybody give me some idea how much he will get salary and how he can approach here to get job and how is situation for his job...

THe US has a minimum wage, Qatar does not (really.) In the food industry? I'd guess he'd make 2-3000/month.
