I said do not highlight, I did not say do not write or do not mentioned. Focus more on what the actual works he did rather than giving emphasize on the number of years.

What does it mean do not highlight during negotiation? You dont write or say after every sentence "my experience is so and so"... either they know cos you told them or you cooked up your experience and so they dont know. I dont see how otherwise that advice of yours is relevant.

do not highlight during negotiation, I did not say, do not write, do you know the difference?

Wouldn't his experience be on his CV?? Anyways, thats a bad bad advice to hide something as important as your experience with your prospective employer.

@prashant...why are u thinking of leaving TCS? Is it only money or something else?

of your current salary in India. Then you can negotiate whether to lower it to 3X, 2X or agreed for anything else. Good luck! (your 3 1/2 years of experience will work against you, so don't even highlight it during negotiation).

Hi, package discussion is still pending .

So just wanted to confirm what should i ask for as 'Qatar Airways ' is the customer for managing their Networking devices in data centre at new doha airport .

so a package of around 23000 - 25000 QR/month would be good to ask if not provided with accomodation , what u suggest .

Since my total exp is 3.5 yrs .

How much they offered you ?

I believe you shall be provided with acc. and many many allowances over & above the salary.

Grab the offer, it may be the 'BEST' company as of today.
