Help me to decide

I'm a Filipino, w/ wife and 3 kids and RasGas offer me the ff:Salary-QR6200, Transport Allowance-1,300 Location Allowance=630, Housing-7,300, Furnishing-27,000, w/ medical and dental care, annual leave tickets for employee and family, educational assistance w/c include annual registration & tuition fees & QR375 per child per month. My Salary Grade NSS 10. i would appreciate if you can help me to decide if these benefits is enough for me to save some money and live a comfortable in Qatar.

Medical from a company is a good offer but the SALARY I don't think so... try to negotiate more... Everything in Qatar is too expensive nowadays... well except petrol...

No, she will get only the salary benefits as she already got the RasGas benefits from you..

What to do?

Have her to look for a contractor job in RasGas or apply to other company like QP, and she will have her moneys!

If my wife applied to the same company or other company, can she received also the benefits that they are offering to me like the accommodation, transport, Medicinal, child education & others? Is it possible that she can convert to cash the benefits for her since I have my benefits that we can spend?
