hello every one can u please help me on this ?

iam a gp dentist in doha and i dont work , however my husband is also a gp dentist working for the government with a salary of 12000 QR plus accomodation and transportation , so my question is if i apply for his job should i expect a salary like his ? and if not what is the expected salary ? thanks :)
