Hamed Medical - pay and benefit grades

Can anyone provide info regarding the various HMC pay grades and the benefit that each grade level qulifies for?

What allowances are standard, and what allowances can be negotiated. If an allowance is "standard" do I have to get them to spell it out in the offer letter?

Earnestly hoping somebody can help with information on the prevailing compensation package for a GP at Hamad Medical Center or Qatar in general. My husband is contemplating on taking a job in Qatar.
