I think its a little be low for a person with your qualifications and experience, what I can advice is to bargain for tickets to your family and add 3,000 - 5,000 "cost of living" expense.

Good Luck

In this time of recession and lay-off, it seems a good offer. And it will be enough for you and your family to stay comfortable here. Look for to bargain little more, so that you can save some extra money as well. Good luck!

12 years Sr. position experience is good but this the the salary one can expect from a local company. It is not bad, & you can for sure live comfortably with your small family should you not spend lavishly.

Check if you can bargain the annual tickets for your family.

all the best.
