That sounds ok.
Some companies pay the full amount for 3 up to 3 kids, but 75% is still a good deal.
Bear in mind that some schools like the American School and Doha College have resorted to what they term a "Capital Charge" which is basically an amount over and above the school fees payable at the beginning of the school year. Doha College has a "Capital Charge" levy of QAR 3000 per child.
So if your children will attend such a school do your best to have your employer cover all "school fees and charges".
