Well, I do not know about the law, however; I believe if you can afford to have a full time housemaid under your sponsorship than it is probably not a bad idea to give her a month’s salary during her leave to make vacation more enjoyable and you will earn more respect.

look the contract say she travailing every 2 years so u must pay for her holiday
but if she travailing during 1st year yo didn't pay her
