Does anyone know Venicia Company in Doha?

It is not legal for an employer to keep an employee's passport, thers no ristriction in my company, we keep it to ourselves.

Thanks sir. Is it true that expat workers in Qatar are entitled to keep their passports with them or it is not practised by all employers?
