Do QP offer annual bonus

Dear Bhai,

First congrats for selected in QP, So u'll decide only after getting confirmation of either QP will give bonus or not, right? See MR,in this economic downturn time, lot of people losing their job, lot of major companies announced salary reduction and etc…..during this time u got job, thts important!

Anyway don’t worries QP is economically strong corporation, not only this year; they are going to give Bonus for all in following years.

My friend, QP is considered as one of the best companies of Doha, its pay is very good. even if they doesnt pay the bonus also, the facilities provided by QP is also best. so dont judge only based on bonus issue, see other things as well

It's always company prerogative to give or not to give bonus. So better not to expect. But QP salary is at upscale so by the salary you're getting it's already a monthly bonus to you.

Shouldnt you be asking this question to your colleagues or to ur personnel dept. Are you banking on replies from QL members for knowing abt ur bonus?

Think twice before you through a question. If it said in your contract document and as you heard it is given in 2007 onward so, what is the problem? The worry should be if it is stopped after 2007.

If you don't trust the contract you sign please stay way from the company.

the performance scale grading is from 1 - 5 (1 being the highest).

u have to get 1 in order to get ur bonus (1 month basic salary)

other wise u will only get a merit increase for 1 - 5 % of ur basic also depends on ur performance, u get 1 on perf. so u will get 5% merit. and so on............
