do photographers really get paid 2000QR per month in doha?

they are just starting the photo studio and they are offering me this job, they negotiated 3500QR(with accomodation and transpo but without food) and they even told me it is too big already.

is it true that it is big?i dont have any idea i never worked in doha or any middle east country.i have 8 years experience in photographer and i just want to try middle east out.

please advise.thanks.
