delayed salary

My son is scheduled to have his vacation this coming November 10, 2008. The problem is he cannot buy his plane ticket because his salary is 3 months delayed. What it the best thing to do? Baka wala na siya mabiling ticket kasi Christmas is fast approaching. Baka ma fully book na lahat ng airlines.

kabayan, magpareserve muna kayo, wala namang bayad ang reservation..for the meantime dapat i workout muna nya ung salary nya..masyado ng delayed ang three months,pag tumagal pa yan at di nya nakuha salary nya baka mas mahirapan lalo sya na makuha yun dahil sa mas mataas na.. sya ba ang magsoshoulder ng ticket nya..medyo mahal pa naman ang ticket lalo na pag pumalo na ng December..

I would be very concerned if my salary was "delayed" for 3 months. He should insist that it is paid up to date immediately. We were asked once how long we would be prepared to work without salary and we all answered that we wouldn't work.
