i m plannig to go back to my country.
i am working in a company from the last 11 years .
how i will come to know about my settlement / graduity as my company dont give us the copy of our contracts.
even they dont give us ticket and also we pay expenses for our visa renewal?
how can i claim and how much it should be ?
as i even dont know what is written in my contract?
pls answer.
