Hello All,
I have had an offer to work in Qatar and would appreciate some feedback on it after searching through this forum for a while ( Thanks to Dan who replied in an earlier post)

Would anyone be within the construction industry have some ideas on what to expect as I currently work in Australia on a higher net income?

Position. Construction Manager. (My first in this type of position but have 22 years of construction experience

Base Salary 17,000QR
Relocation assistance, 35,000QR over three years
Accomodation Provided. Family Status (Wife and 2yr old Child)
Private schooling Provided,
Air tickets each year provided back to Oz
A fully maintained car
Medical cover.

Would appreciate anyones advice on whether to take this offer due to rejected earlier. They can not increase the base at entry level into the country, but they have contacted me again and mentioned that there is a bonus at the end of each year consisting of an additional 2 months salary but I have not yet got that confirmed in writing.

Thanks and look forward to your feedback.
Regards
H

Thanks elan I will take that into consideration however they are providing accomodation but need to find out the quality and if it is in a suitable area.

SL I have replied to your email privately. As a privacy concern if I do take the job I dont feel comfortable giving out their name so not to cause any conflict with other employees that may be reading this sight.

Thanks

H
