Company not providing salary as promised

I am working in a construction company for past 2 years. The company promised me to provide family status & an fixed amount of housing allowance for bringing my family after probation period. But upto now they have not proivded family status & an fixed amount of housing allowance. this is there in my offer letter.

I want to go to labour department. before that i want to clarify what documents they will ask. where is labour department office. Whom i have to meet

Labour Court will abide with the employement contract between urslf & Company.

If u go to the labour court, u may loose job as well, so better discuss with the concerned persons and solve the problem amicably

that's what is written in their offer, how about in the contract that you signed upon arriving here in Doha?
