Im presently working in Doha and my visa is going to expire on April 30, 2010 with two years of Service. I have taken one vacation in December 2009 with 1month leave salary and Qr.2000/- as a loan from Company and came back here in Mid February 2010. My monthly salary is Qr. 1500/- since last one-and-a-half years.

I want to know 2 things :
1. Will my company is going to bear mywill pay my ticket?

2. Do I get any other benifits from company after 2yrs of service?

Please somebody let me know with accurate information. Coz, my company is well skilled when it comes to take away benifits from workers.

So, Please help me in this regard. I would be very much Thankful to you.
