Can some1 pl. help me, what is the salary structure in KAHRAMAA. What do they normally pay to their Sr. Engrs.

I am in to negotiations with them for the salary. I m not sure about the salary structure there. I need to know some basics before entering into negotiations.

Sr. Engineers ?? hmmm no idea but as per Doha market the average salary for Senior Management should not be less the Basic QR. 15000/- with Company Family Housing or Housing Allowance as per Market with other benifits such as meidcal/ annual passage etc...
