benefits and service fees

Im planning to leave Qatar for good and would like to know my all service fees will be based on my basic salary or the one writtten on the contract?

Basic salary written on the contract less than i have been receiving now.

All your final benefits should be calculate on your LAST MONTH BASIC Salary.

If you have the payslip with you, this is proof from your side that your BASIC salary is more than what mentioned in your contract.

it is your right as per qatar labour law, to receive your Final settlement based on your LAST MONTH BASIC SALARY.
