Benefits package and probation period
Hello,
Just a quick question is it normal for a company to withhold some of the benefits offered in the contract until you complete probation period. So - you work for 3-6 months before getting full housing / furniture allowance, school fees paid for only after probation is complete?

some benefits yessss... but not housing ... unless they provide you with company housing
