the end of service is calculeted onthe basic salary so u will calcilate 21 days per year
basic salary /30 = daily salary
end of srvice will be 1.8*21*daily basic salary
Please note that End of Service Benefit is calculated on Basic salary only and not allowances.
(18months / 12 months/year) x (21 days/ 30 days/month) x 9,000 = End of Service Benefit
