I AM WORKING IN QATAR ON LAST 4 YEARS, MY PRESENT SALARY 1400 QR, I WOULD LIKE TO RESIGN FROM MY JOB AND SETTLE BACK TO MY NATIV COUNTRY, CAN U PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT KIND OF BENEFITS I CAN EXPECT ACCORDING TO QATAR LABOR LAW. I AM A LABOUR IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. I ASK MY COMPANY FOR MY GRATUITY BUT THEY ARE NOT WILLING FOR THAT. PLEASE HELP ME.

You are entitled to 21 days of your basic salary for each year of work you have completed. If your company does not pay you, just report the matter to the Labor Office located in Sinaiyah. They will help you get you your money. Just a piece of advice if you do lodge a complaint against your company in the Labor Office, don't withdraw the case until the company settles your dues completely.
