My Dear Brothers / Sisters

one of my friend working in doha qatar since last 9 years and his basic salary now is 3000 qr.my question is now he planing to resign the job and go to his home country, but the company not paying his benefits or service money. so how he can claimed his service money? is he filed the case how many month he have to wait to finish the case?

i need all your help on this matter to ad vised him how he can passed this matter
