The Best Tray Baked Fish
You can apply this recipe with all kind and size of flat fish. It`s easy, quick and works well every time. Just serve the whole tray at the table with a bowl of green salad.
Ingredients for 2
2 whole lemon
1 handful cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 handful fresh oregano or basil and parsley
1 onion
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
sea salt
pepper
virgin olive oil
How to Do:
Wash your fish and score across each fish with a sharp knife which will help to penetrate the flavor and let the fish`s juice come out.
Preheat the oven 200 C / 400 F.
Take a bowl. Add the tomatoes ( I did not had cherry, I just chopped one tomato), garlic, oregano or basil, parsley, onion , vinegar, salt , pepper, zest and juice of lemon, olive oil and mix well.
Just pour the half of this mix on your roasting or baking tray. Place the fish on top.
Then divide the rest of the mixture equally in the fish and on top of it.
Cook in the preheated oven from 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
Make sure everyone gets some tomatoes and juice: )

I will try Hamour as well, next time and will use ginger
Looks delicious!.I love fish and seafood in general.I might as well try it at home insha ALLAH but i would use Hamour or King fish instead.TFS.
