Can I drive a Hilux 4X2 to Inland sea or where can I hire a 4X4 ?

Hi friends ....

I am planning to travel to Inland sea Qatar. Can I drive a Toyota Hilux 4X2 to there. If some have any experience in driving there, please share.

Also kindly suggest some places where we can hire a 4X4 for one day or two. and how much will be the rent. Appreciate all your replies. Thank you.

Even a 4 x 4 gets stuck sometimes and I have seen it happen.

I wouldn't do it unless you know how to do it. In principle it is possible to conquer the desert in a 2-wheel drive, but you've got to be a damn good driver.
