GARDEN DIPLAYS AWARDED AS BEST VEG RESTAURANT AWARDED BY QATAR TODAY. BUT FOR ME GARDEN IS THE WORST RESTAURANT FOR YEAR.

THEIR FOOD IS COMPLETLY READYMADE STUFFS AND NOT HYGIENE. THEY ARE THE WORST OF ALL ESPECIALLY NORTH INDIAN FOODS ARE VERY BAD. EVEN THE CHUTNEYS ARE NOT FRESH.

Directions :- from Jaidah flyover come to the centre roundabout.

take a left, u come to a signal, keep goin straight and on the right after about 100 - 200 meters u will find the place.

The food there was awesome, anything u had was nice, the place was big enough....

Their afternoon thalis were amazing......

we came from abu dhabi a year and a half ago. miss the indian and especially pakistani food outlets.

Garden : Go upstairs and u may never go again....

downstairs, the veg section is much better......

Garden Hyderabadi : heard the food here is much better and spicier.....

abduljaleel, forget uae, the restaurants there are awesome and extremely cheap. here indian food is not half as good at twice the price.

GARDEN is a blood sucker. Very expensive and not worthy at all for any of the item in their menu card. Any has low pressure can go there so while they come out automatically they will become high pressure. That is the only one advantage of that restaurant.

Buffet is charged at QR 18 and the food is not worth that much. Two nonveg dishes and few veg dishes. They dont have salad bar.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is good though, and clean.

Charges are exorbitant as you said. My family is on vacation from yesterday. Now it is compulsury me to eat in restaurant. I am new here in Qatar. I was in UAE. Can you suggest some good resaurant to eat.

I had a very bad experience three months back. We went to have a thali with my two children. That time it was crowded. After a long time we got a table to sit. We ordered 4 thali. Ofcourse, they serve thali with the small bowels of curry and one roti first. Then the disapper for half an hour. We did many excerise to find the guy to surve the food. Atlast he appear and gave two plates of rice(note that we are four). Then again disappear. My childeren want more rice. Then we angerily pay the bill at the counter then come back and had a food in KFC. It was very very bad resturant i never seen. After that If i ask with my children we will try once more time in Garden Restaurant, they will tell a big NO........................................

the veg section is good ......i have never had a problem with the taste or service

except that they r very slow when they r full

'cos in each the price is different.

Two months back I happened to visit Garden Non-Veg.  We had Just two dishes + Roti with Masala Papad and Mineral Water costed QR. 70/- equals to almost Buffet dinner costs elsewhere.  You cannot believe mineral water was charged QR. 4/- per bottle.

didnt like the veg food though.

I had also written about in another link.

I never seen one worst like Garden. Though we were as regular customer since it opened. They are sucking for worth less food. Very very costly and quantity is very less. Each dish will be suitable for kid and not for normal people. Before they were serving good. Day by day they changed the face into 100% money minded. Normal people can not afford the money or organise some parties now a days. They think themself as the best restaurant in the world and in fact they are opposite.Taste is good only on few days. I think they have only one good cook among many. Less Quantity and Zero Quality most of the time.

Enough!!!!!!!! I will not go even if the give free.............. I heared the same from my friends and their families.

i was there only once the food was normal nothing especial but there charges are too much... 

I had visited Garden Shara Kahraba with family and without family too  limited to Veg area.  The reception is good, service is fast, tables r clean, food is tasty and spicy, of course hygienic too. But the rates quite sucking....compared to Desman, Swagath or Athithi, other family restuarants in Doha.

enjoy the food at GDN restaurant and just won  a gift voucher so am lookin fwd to go again...........

life's too short so make the most of it, you only live but once.......

Garden rest: vegi, section is quit good. during weekend service is little slow but other than that it is good

I think its quite ok though.
