Salam aleycoum.

I come here to tell you my story and ask for advice.
My father is a Qatari and my mother Algeria.
My father meet my mother in 1992, 2 years later i was born.
He was working for the governement so he came see me 2 time in the years until 5 years old. Then no news of him.
The last years i came to qatar for find my father, at this time he was in kazakhstan (ambassador). So i take the plane and i go see him in kazakhstan. He was very happy to see me 12 years later, me too i was happy.

After that, 8 month later i go back to kazakhstan see my father during 10 days, everything was good. But the problem is i have not his name because when i was a baby he don't give me. So i have the name of my mother. I say to him daddy i am your son i must have your name, he say "yes no problem son" After 10 days with him, i go back to my home, he stop to call me, i try to call him but he don't answer me, he say to me " you are not my son forget me" I have no news of him during 8 month. Now i saw on internet he is ambassador in Panama.

I finish school (i am 18 years old) i am going find a job for have money like that i will come to qatar.

I want to come to Qatar for ask my rights, i have lot evidence, picture...

What advice would you give me? Who can help me for have my rights to qatar ?

Thank you very much.

And why does it make a difference for you where "your blood" is from? And how do you think your life will be better in Qatar ? Do you think you will "belong" ?

You know, the grass is not greener on the other side..

But anyway, I wish you good luck and that which you wish for comes true for you.

Why do you want to move from France to Qatar? And why do you feel that Qatar, a country you have never been to is "your" country? You grew up in France / Algeria , right? Do you not feel that those, or at least one of them, is "your" country ?

I saw you want to be a professional boxer?

That won't be possible here in Qatar.

By Kalnu• 16 Jun 2013 17:23
Kalnu

You are right.

But i want nothing from my father. If he want talk to me it's ok if he don't want it's ok. HAMDOULILAH.

I want only live in my own country QATAR. That's it.

My father left me but Allah never left me.

I ask allah to help me ton find my father, i find him.

Now i am asking Allah to have my rights. Inshallah i will have.

OPs story is quite sound....but, my advice will be not to waste the best period of your life trying to win affection of a person who doesn't care. Don't carry that anguish of rejection in your heart. It will hurt you, it will destroy your mother. As far as, he is concerned, it won't make any difference in his life whether you prove his paternity by DNA test or circumstantial evidences. Such people are very thick skinned.

rafeeq.rashid80 I know the name of my father, i am not stupid. But i have not the name of my father in my identity. This is the problem. And i will ask a lawyer to make DNA test like that i will proove

Yes i can. I have picture with my daddy when i was 2 years old, 5 years old, and 17 years old.

I have picture when he is talking with the family of my mother. I have paper when he send money to my mother...

I will ask a lawyer in qatar to make a DNA test between me and my father. Like that we will believe in me and inshallah i will have my rights like other qatari.

I am sorry I thought you lived in Algeria.. That is great that you have a French passport. At least that rules out the idea that you are after your father to get Qatari citizenship. You have a way better and stronger passport. That is in your favor.

For having brought you up without much support and acceptance from your father. It is she who is more deserving of your love, duty and companionship.Your father obviously doesn't want you and has no value for you. Why then do you want to pursue him? What do you wish to achieve? From what I hear cases like your's are more often than not abandoned and not heeded hence you may very well be wasting much time, resources and efforts in vain.

Alhamdulillah you are still young and capable of building your own life, free of depending on a man who has no need or love for you.

May Allah grant you much ease and success brother..Aameen!

Your story is very believeable.. I have heard and read so many like these.. Many rich people go to poor countries and get married, have a family and then come back to their real offical familes and forget all about the temporary ones. You are not the only one, there are millions like you around the world. I wish you all the best my dear.

I am his biological son.

I know his name.

My father was ambassador to Panama from May.

My father lived with my mother two years before I came to the world.

Then I went to see a lawyer in the country where I live, I asked for a DNA test. My father did not respond to the request.

I will come to Qatar a lawyer with all my evidence, and I ask for a DNA test to prove that I am not a liar.

If No call your father and explain him that "Ok dont accept me as your son just give me some amount so that I can start my career and I promise I will not indulge in your personal life again".the way you explain your story is like your father is a very rich man..he wont mind giving you money..

As if you are sure that you are not his biological Son then you ll be wasting your money and time and ultimately you will lose the case.

Kalnu mate - Are you sure you are his biological son?

If yes take all the proofs & meet a lawyer in your place & register an official complaint in your country court and get the court papers & then follow the court orders.Of course at some part of the proceedings they will ask for DNA paternity test.

Q.8. In these 10days, at your age 17.. you were able to reach kazkisthan from Qatar, cant find the name of a person who met everyday for 10days?? strange..!

Q.3. When you came to Qatar, you found your 'dad' is in Kazakhstan..! how did you find? (without knowing the name of the person?)

Q.4. You might be on a visit visa to Qatar. From here, how did you reach Kazakhstan?

Q.5. i.e. your dad left you after 5yrs i.e on 1999. And you met him after 12yrs. i.e, 1999+12 = in 2011 at Kazakhstan.

Q.1. was it after marriage? Was he with your mom on these two years?? You are saying below, your dad was working in the govt sector and he came to see you only twice until 5 years. So where were you?? and your mom..!! So your dad was there at 7 years in Total..!

He was working for the government so he came see me 2 time in the years until 5 years old. Then no news of him.

Q.2. In the 1825 days (5x365), he came to see you only twice? Or did he come to see your mom or you?

Yes..it is too great and surprising that you already know I "obviously havent heard about illegitimate kids" But it is not true.. anyway..

You pointed out one important thing and I did the other...and I mentioned "This is an important issue..he has to confirm first that he is his biological dad before taking any legal steps..if he is sure then the case becomes very simple.

There are moms who hide things from their kids just not to make them feel bad..

His so called father is an ambassador hence this case is going to be legal and more strategic..

U mentioned it as 1994.. It is not in the main post..

2 years later i was born my father meet my mother in 1992.

There are possibilities that he is not his biological son. Like I got a proposal from the same place from a divorced girl having a kid..

This is an important issue..he has to confirm first that he is his biological dad before taking any legal steps..if he is sure then the case becomes very simple.

Kareena74, this is Qatar not the US.. He stands no chance, First to marry a Qatari you need to get an approval from MOI.. It's a hard task making any official believe his story they will just laugh it away.. Try to visit the Qatari Embassy in your country along with your evidence and get their opinion.. Wish you all the best..

And he has full rights to claim that.. Just go to a lawyer and then file a case against your dad. The court will send him summons and then ask him to take a DNA test.. Once that is proven, you will get your rights. All the best.

What rights are you exactly talking about? If you move court, it'll we easy to prove your biological relationship with your dad through DNA matching. As your dad is a big shot, you would be fighting an up-hill battle to get your rights.

Anyways, good luck and inshallah you are able to obtain your rights.
