Some people tend to think that all other people think the same way as he/she does.
1. Is there such people?
2. Is it good to think that others are less than you because of things you have and they do not have?
3. Which is better good thinking or bad thinking?
4. Is being smart contradict with good thinking?

Agree thelonius, laws aren't meant to be written in stone. Societies change and laws need to change with them.

So I guess you prefere the school which have laws to boost the children in the best way according to you.

Do you like a school which have no laws and not respecting the children?

1. according to you what are the signs that tells you this positive thinking or good thinking?

If it makes them happy.

2. same, according to you what are the signs that tells you this negative thinking or bad thinking?

If it makes them sad.

3. What is the difference between a society which has laws and society not having laws?

Depends on the laws. Some societies have laws that dictate how people live and force them to live in certain ways, which might make them unhappy and miserable. That will lead to chaos. Others societies have no real laws and people are allowed to live the way they choose, and they're happier.

4. Do you like your children to go to a school where there are laws respecting and securing students and children rights or a school with no laws at all?

I want my children to go to a school where they are encouraged to pursue their education in a fun way and to figure out who they are as people.

If I may also answer those for the sake of the argument.

1. According to you what are the signs that tells you this positive thinking or good thinking?

Morality...and morality is basic, a child knows that he shouldn't and doesn't desire killing his mother, no one taught him that, he just knows it by nature....that's morality and morality is ALWAYS positive.

2. Same, according to you what are the signs that tells you this negative thinking or bad thinking?

Generally speaking any act that is immoral is negative...and any actions that is done to harm others for self gratification.

3. What is the difference between a society which has laws and society not having laws?

A society which has laws grants all ppl an equal opportunity to succeed.

4. Do you like your children to go to a school where there are laws respecting and securing students and children rights or a school with no laws at all? My children r goin there for one purpose only....to learn, - physically and mentally alike - and I do not want them to be side tracked by some bully or for lack of protection.

1. Is there such people?

Possibly to an extent, but never a 100%

2. Is it good to think that others are less than you because of things you have and they do not have?

Because of things "I HAVE" no...Because of things "I KNOW" possible...every doctor is better than me at medical care, and every child is worse than me in the same regards....knowledge is power.

3. Which is better good thinking or bad thinking?

"Positive" thinking

4. Is being smart contradict with good thinking?

No, but it doesn't make ur thinking more positive. Many dictators were also smart...I have no idea if mother Teresa was smart, but she was a positive thinker...it's not a pre-requist. u can be one or the other or both.

There's no such thing as good or bad thinking, there's only thinking. Everyone's definition of good and bad is different.

We should try our hardest, but it is no easy. We all have faults and cannot always contain our emotions.

I agree with you, so do you agree that we should focus to make our thinking clean and good and not think bad of others just because we do not like them?

We are humans. we have differing beliefs, standards, aspirations. None of us is perfect.

One should never think less of another.
