Wrong Violation Alert !

I got a traffic violation stating "loading your vehicle in a way that causes danger to bla bla bla bla"

I went to the traffic dept to get this cleared and the person told me this was a speeding ticket, he admitted the transcriptors are too lazy to put the right reason (remember, very few policemen have proper english so they need to translate these reports)

Guess what? I had to pay!!!! :)

it happened to one of our staff before, he parked his car at Mc Donalds parking area in front of airport to catch his early morning flight but the funny thing is, while he was out of the country, afternoon of the same day he got a violation, using mobile phone while driving. when he came back after a couple of days, he found out about the violation and try to clear it from the traffic police. same shit happened with other poor guys above, he was asked to go the and there and back there to go again there, a never ending story and finally we ended up paying the fine.

isale i m talking about the lane which takes u to fareeq nasir if you take a left turn and it takes you to qnb,al mustawafi showroom etc if you take a uturn...u - turn is very much there i remember

anyways...i got a fine for lane cutting which i still dont understand y? when there were other cars too doing the same(i was wearing a seat belt)

Same thing happened to me, only it was a 500 QR fine, and there was nothing we could do about it because MOI were the one's who jotted down the number, and it takes 2 weeks to get permission to see someone there and we were leaving the country that week.

a lotta untrained guys(i wouldnt call them cops)are patroling all over doha city as the police dept are picking up a lotta expact born in doha to fill up the position.....so obviously the outcome.

besides they get 30% as comission from the total amount of fine collected,so the new untrained kid is just trying to prove how dedicated he is in performing his duties,higher the fine better the payment.

i was given a ticket qr500 for lane cutting,i came out from royal plaza and wanted to go to qnb opposite of royal plaza so i had to take a u-turn....so i gave a left signal go into the lane stoped on the signal and at the end i see this guy writting down my plate number

and after 2 dayz i got a good news that i m being fined 500 for lane cutting.

Once they given penalty for my car which is parked in the Base at the particular date and time.....so finally I went to the Accounts dept in Madinath khalifa and find the different number they mentioned in the record book so I escaped so why dont you go and check??? yellah...start chase now............

sorry i m not interested to get my self low as the Cops

my car never goes out during office hours or the illiterates cant read numbers sitting in their SUV.

if they want charity i dont mind donating to these beggars rather than cheating people

happened the same to one of my friend....the cops made him run up and down...east west north south...but no use...:( he had to pay the fine for the violation he has not done....

are they blindly allowed to note down number plates as they like

Go to Traffic Department and ask for violation proof.
