AB pick your food from the jungle daily morning, climup and come down next early morning. You dont need to exercise non-stop, one needs also some sleep and fresh air.

The safest place to live in the jungle , on the top of a highest tree, using elevator lift is nice than those ladders, if they can provide primitive means.
