Is it true that how you care/love your family depends/reflects on how you also work at the office?

I was just reminded of the word 'responsibility' on both places, that's all. Like saying 'if you can't be responsible at the office, you also can't be that responsible at home' thing. I didn't say I'm right. Just not sure yet.
