For sure its the most common and popular self-medicating drug found over the counter atleast in this part of the world.
Like everybody else i have tried it too, Somehow it dosen't have any effect on me. I have come across people who take it for no reason.
Do you guys find it helpfull?

Panadol is just paracetamol (Every country has some kind of brand with 500mg paracetamol)...

Panadol Extra=Paracetamol + Caffeine.

general one is effective 2 at a time for an adult as pain killer for body or headaches. Heavy cough and flu red ones (strong) works sometimes.

It is light on our stomach and available without Doctor's prescription......other names are ADOL and paracetamol.

Other ones for cold and flu; which I didn't try.

Probably cause every medical centre of hospital that you go to here (In Bahrain) that is the standard prescription you will get...A bag of panadol plus whatever else they think you may need but guarantee you wont leave the centre without a bag of panadols...

every_mothers_n, maybe you need two shots. Take it slowly, not on ice. Jack Daniel's must be 'hand-warm'. Only then, does it do the 'medicine' job!
