China is exerting its power. Its a new type of cold war. To your face they are all smiles and peace, but in the faceless world of wires they are obstructing and stealing in their own interests.

Plus they want to persecute those Chinese that call for greater freedoms. Its another sad day for humanity.

While we are on this topic, read somewhere yesterday that James Chanos, reportedly one of America's most successful short-sellers, the man who bet that Enron was a fraud and made a fortune when that proved true and its stock collapsed, is now warning that China is "Dubai times 1,000 or worse" and looking for ways to short that country's economy before its bubbles burst.

If it comes true seems India will have the last laugh... but then the big question would be when?

Google is withdrawing from China after repeated attempts to hack Gmail began in China. Most of those attempts were politically motivated.
