Who can offer me a part-time job ? Please help me !

I am a 24-year-old Chinese working as an engineer and customs clearance official in qatar now and I will stay here till next july.I am very interesteed in Englilsh and I can communicate with others in English very well.

I want to find a part-time job here. Since every daylighe I have to do my first job so I am only availabe from 20:00 to 24:00 hours everyday .
