WHich is the better school?

Hi, I am just new here in Qatar. I have two kids who are going to school soon. I have read that there are two Philippine Schools here in qatar. One is Phil School Doha and the other is Phil International School. I just want to know if anybody has a kid going to any of the schools mentioned. Maybe you can advise me on what school to choose. I will really appreciate it. BTW we are staying at Old Airport, I need advise on the accessibility of the campus.
