Using Hand signals, while diving at a very slow speed in congested areas.
Do you know, how to indicate to others with your left hand? a change of lane either to the right or left turn.
While traffic is slowly moving at a crawling speed, All this is done only, while you use your electric turn signals of your diving equipment.
All this is done for the purpose of indicating your intentions to the rear diver, while you use your right hand while diiving?
Just kidding, I know is diving and not driving.

Well u can go to GULF DRIVING SCHOOL. THERE YOU CAN GET THE LICENCE IN PROPER WAY.

they have a higher passing rate than other driving schools, and i cant tell u why cos its based on heresay.....
