Where to live in Doha

Expecting to arrive in Doha in August with wife & newborn and would appreciate guidance on where to live with the following criteria:

3 Bedroom Villa or Apartment (furnished or unfurnished), ideally on a compound with decent amenities (pool, gym, bbq etc) and not too noisy

Located within easy reach of supermarket/shopping

Price range QAR15-20k per month.

Has there been any slowdown in the increase in rental rates?
