Get a permit from QDC and you can buy liquer you want.

the only place you can buy liquor from is the QDC (Qatar distribution company) , but u need a permit (search qatar living about it) .

or you could go to a pub. hotel's like raddison blu , gokulam park etc have pub's. (use zomato or google to find nearby places serving alcohol )

It's not that easy as you will find in kerala. This is really not the place for your survival :-))
