What will you be doing January 8 2007

UF GATORS ARE PLAYING FOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On Jan 8 2007 the Gators will again play for the BCS National Championship. Results of the BCS just released pit University of Florida against Ohio State on January 8. Now the trick is going to be finding if the game will be on anywhere in Doha that we can get together, get drunk, and root the Gators on for the Championship we have waited so long to get a chance to play for.
This sounds like an excellent party opportunity. It will be a night game from what I have heard which means morning time here, but I think after the last 15 years that it would be well worth a late night/ early morning drink fest. As it gets a bit closer I will put some effort into figuring out some details.
For the Florida Gators. They haven't been this good since Charley Pell was coach!

If i watch the game on base I am limited to 3 beers for the whole game. The better idea is a bowl party with BYOB cases.

If I knew how to get hold of a program guide then my life would be a lot easier. The alcohol I can handle at the house, but I have no idea what is on until I flip through the channels. This is one game I WILL NOT miss even if it takes coming to the base to watch AFN!
We have ESPN here but I'll have to see if the game is on or not. We have the showtime service so check if anywhere in town has the same service. Ill let you know. Gators kick ass by the way.
