I like working with women. They are multitaskers, have great memory retention and superb management skills. Why only 1 third?
Think my wife would kick your head in Sean C if you said that to her :) She certainly isn't someone I would call weak.
compulsory quotas would only confirm that women are weaker than men and need reservation to survive!
But we knew that already didnt we? So why resist the quota, every office could use a few decoration pieces!
Besides they don't seem to demand gender equality when it comes to equal competition for the same jobs, do they?

sounds logical to me. Otherwise, a quota would be needed for BOTH men and women. Again, NOT a good solution

It can work in some places but not all places. Why put a number on it, if she is good enough she will get the job.

Ha Ha, One third of work force would be either pregnanat, or nursing or in post menopause crisis all the time :-)
