What is the escalation matrix of Ezdan Real Estate for Grievance
I rented one 3 bhk row house (full furnished) at Ezdan11, Al Wakra in May 2017. While taking over the flat, I pointed out the poor quality of 6 nos. dining chairs and mentioned that in my note sheet (check list of Ezdan). Subsequently I have started pleading for replacement of these at Sakin of Ezdan9. Finally on 2nd July, they officially recorded my request (Ref no. 3559) for furniture replacement. Again after many follow ups, they came and inspected. Replacement has been approved by the inspection team. Till today no replacement happened.
I have given lot of e-mails, whatsapp complaints, all in vain. Sakin people say, this is under maintenance department, we cannot help. Customer Service (40212121) says they cannot help.
Surprising thing is, nobody can guide me with the concerned person's / department's contact details, with whom I can fight against.
This is ridiculous. They have been taking rent for a full furnished house for last 6 months, but not giving me right service. Is this not a breach of Contract ? If yes, whom to complaint ? What is their grievance redressal cell ? I am at a loss. Can anybody guide ?
I am still awaiting for arrival of their application forms for application of new furniture since 1 month.
Actually I did not rent out. I took this flat on rent from Ezdan Real Estate. This is just to clarify.
