Website is too slow.

I would like to thank the administration staff of the website and the webmasters for their efforts and help.

I have noticed something regarding the browsing speed of the website, it is too slow and sometimes it won't even open!!

Is that because of the programming language used to develop the website?
Is it because of the database used to store the data?
Is it because of the web hosting?
Is it because of the number of users accessing the website?

I wish if I can help with this because sometimes I can't access the website for along time. It is not because of my connection speed or bandwidth and I'm aware of that. Thanks again and wish you always the best.

Thanks. We've been struggling with increased load on our server for sometime and it has impacted the website performance considerably. We are currently looking at doing some upgrades which we are hoping would resolve the issue.
