WATCH: Qatar Living Turns 13

With the time and effort of the whole QL team, we organized the party at QL headquarters, where we celebrated 13 years of our existence in Qatar’s community. We started out as a forum, added classified section and now we are all that with a blog where we keep people up to date with events, news and provide the greatest recommendations.

We greeted our guests with a red carpet, because our friends are important to us and we wanted to make them feel welcomed. We had a QL wall where our guests took loads of pictures and shared the fun with us, thanks to RedBull Qatar, we had the greatest beats throughout the whole evening and last but not least, thank you Chocolate Ultimate for the wonderfully designed and delicious red velvet cake that sweetened up the night even more!

The first half of our celebration QL Manager gave an appreciation speech to all our friends and presented awards to show how much we love working with them. Thank you, everyone for making us reach 13 years together.

You didn’t think we would leave our guests going home empty handed, now would you?! We had a raffle where all our guests put their business cards in and we had lucky winners who won coupons and vouchers for buffet for two at Banana Island, a ticket to take kids at an amusement park, one of the Evolve members won a box of bath bombs from Lush and many other gifts and vouchers. Don’t worry, for those whose names were not chosen at the random raffle pick out, they went home with a great goodie bag our team put together.

We would like to thank Qgrabs, MyBook, Radisson Blu, Banana Island, DoubleTree Hilton, Mirqab Mall and Flik Cinemas for all the great vouchers and gifts.

After the wonder speech and gift, the great part came…FOOD! The event was catered by Wyndham Grand Regency, they provided wonderful services, food, dessert and the coffee was amazing! Thank you, Wyndham, for providing the most important aspect of any party…food!

After the food we enjoyed more mingling, birthday cake, pictures and sharing laughs. It was a wonderful night meant to be spent with great company. Qatar Living team thanks everyone for attending and the spectacular gifts we received, we appreciate each and every one of you!

We captured nice words from some of our friends like Haitham Khalid, Founder of Evolve who said his company worked closely with us for number of years and they really enjoy working with us.

Ayad Al Rawi from Future International Football Academy said, “The Qatar Living team have been fantastic for Future International Football Academy, they really helped us spread the word, helped a lot of children join our academy, some fantastic exposure and it really is great to have Qatar Living associated with the football in the community.”

Even though the people of Qatar did not attend physically or received an award, we want to thank you for the tremendous support you give and show on our social media, website and events! We are glad to be at your service and anything you need to know, we most likely have the answers to! Thank you again and we wish to keep this beautiful friendship growing stronger and stronger.
