This years slogan: "Real Men Fight Wearing Pink" .....putting an emphasis on the fact that men too can get Breast Cancer and they too should be aware of the warning signs and know where to go to get help

Read that from another rival website which I don't know whether I can mention here.

You read that, WK? "Think Pink." I don't think we'll have a problem.

And by the way, this event is held by Think Pink Qatar, NOT Rota or any other government-related entity, committee, ministry, etc.

TPQ was started by an expat woman who felt it was time breast cancer awarenesss was brought to this country, where it's practically forbidden to say the word "breast" in public, and no one speaks of cancer.

Imagine the uphill battle.

This is pulled off by VOLUNTEERS.

Can you please stop the hijack?

LincolnPirate-

So far it's been on QL and in the Gulf Times.

Still plenty of time to work it into your schedule.

It's an awareness campaign and now you are aware.. so maybe it's working.

Tell all your friends :)
