you are attempting to do some illegal stuff..

The legal procedure is to find the Job first, and then the sponsor will issue a work visa and RP for you.

Any other "1 yr will have a work title in it(it's like you're employed)" is a law violation.

1 year work visa is only issued to you IF you have a job and are sponsored by the hiring company. Normally if your contract is for 2 yrs then so is your Resident Permit. At least thats the way it is for me.

You dont get a tourist visa for 1 year, the max you can get is a 6 month visa that is if you are sponsored by a relative here, you come in on 1 month visit and then u can extend that to another 5 months. Second option would be for you to just come in on a company sponsor if you secure a job from your home country. Thirdly would be for you to get married and come on your hubby's sponsorship.
