Home is the best place. this is winter and the baby is hardly 2yrs old. they can enjoy if u plan a holiday at little later stage....

Go Hongkong , there is Disney Land and Ocean park. You can stay inside the park itself. They have a five star resort inside the Disney land. enjoy

Stay in Novotel it is just opposite to a biggest mall and u can take water taxis to roam around and u can go for dolphin shows,zoo and moreover Dubai is so nice now a days full of flower beds every wehre in parks.Enjoy ur life.
