URGENT HELP REQUIRED

My employee want to leave to his home country on urgent basis. I purchased for him the ticket now. I went to immigration office at Airport and they did not give the exit permit and asked me to go to e-government. My company does not have smard card although I signed to Hakoomi.

His ticket is tomorrow at 9:45am. I am totally confused how to help my employee. I did not think that Immigration will deny the exit permit. Even I have the original computer card with my name on it....

Can anyboy help... Please...

You will need the copy of id card of the sponsor and orignal id of the traveller with atm card for the payment... Thats it. and Insha Allah the work is done.
