Uniform Office Timings

Qatar should have uniform office timings, something similar to schools.
I have to use my skills to get in touch with clients during their working hours and not upset them during their lunch breaks / off days.
Some companies working straight until 2pm, 3pm.
Some work with 1 or 2 hour breaks.
Some companies are closed for 3 / 4 hours in the afternoon.
There are companies who have Thursdays off or half day off.
Some have Saturday holiday.

Is this normal in other countries as well? I don't think so.

If your not happy with the gov't and private sector's office timing....You better go back from where you came from....

having uniform office timings might translate to congested roads both to and from work...

just note other companies' work timings...

it's their company, anyways...
