UK VPN and Apple TV

Hi - has anyone had any success in setting up a UK VPN and an Apple TV. Can anyone recommend a UK VPN service? I want to bring an Apple TV for my mate when I come visit so need to know how he can get his beloved UK TV shows......

No experience with Apple tv but I have been using a VPN from hidemyass.com

It's not free. I'm happy with it and will renew when due. Also, you can select to 'originate' from many different countries.
