Uhh...is Ramadan extended?
By heero_yuy2 •
I just got into my first after-Eid work and everybody's not working nor do we receive calls nor do we see the usual activity for the whooole day.
Didn't notice if the restaurants were closed outside.
Heck! Even I didn't eat my breakfast the whole morning! I even went to the pantry to blend my coffee and closed the door and thought some Muslim will look at what I'm drinking!
Ramadan hangover...
Oryx, no idea. Thats the last topic on my list when i talked to people.
I am sure you and him will get along well talking about footie :P
do you know what footie team Amnesia supports?
Most of them support Al Rayyan
A lot support Al Arabi
and the newbies go for Al Sadd
I know one Al Khor supporter
and then there is me...!
Amnesia, your SOH become more and more to your english side ...
I know from first hand experience...my chum... the girlies are quite open - remind me when i see you to tell you the verbatim versions...!
which i applaud... the girlies say you look rough and you can tell them why and they are sympathetic.. like that openess.
I'm one of those people who don't think they take in what they read and then all of a sudden a scrap of knowledge I didn't know I had pops out unexpectedly. If you see what I mean ....
Yep I know you can have days to make up your lost tally...ladies use this at their discretion if they dont wish to fast when the painters and decorators are in - if you know what i mean!
I didn't know about the extra week after though...thanks
anyway amnesia what footie team do you support in Qatar?
I'm trying to think where I read it (probably on QL!), but I'm sure I read that if a Muslim was unable to fast for a day during Ramadan, for whatever reason, then he is allowed to add one fast day at the end of Ramadan (or on any day he may choose before the next Ramadan period) to make up for the missed day, or however many days he had to miss.
Not quite what you are saying, but I'm interested to know if I read correctly.

This is just plain wrong.
